More About the Artist
Nancy Roach is an independent artist who lives and
works in Sonoma County, California. She was born, raised and educated in
the San Francisco Bay Area where she gained recognition as a printmaker.
Her serigraphs, like her more recent pastels are luminous and harmonious
with smooth, subtle color blends. Her recent venture into abstract
expressionism appears to be a complete departure. However, there is an
underlying discipline, a design, color and spatial quality analogous in
both styles.
Nancy Roach has been associated with a number of galleries
in Northern California. Her work is included in private and corporate
collections throughout the US, Canada, Europe and Japan. An award winner
in many competitions, she has had numerous showings, both solo and group.
